Here are some things you need to know before placing your order with Wooden Gifts And More. 

Returns and exchanges

 
We accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders

Cancellation 

We don’t accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.  We can always figure something out together.

Conditions of return 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
 

Shipping policy

A standard order will be shipped within three business days. If you choose to personalize your order, we will ship your order within five business days.

We package all orders as compact as possible to save both materials and space. Our shipping carrier is Bpost, the national postal company in Belgium. Your products will be delivered within 5-10 business days after the order is shipped.

We ship our products worldwide, hereby a table of the shipping costs for every location.
As an extra, we offer free shipping on all orders over 40 euros within Europe and the USA.

Belgium: standard 6.95 Euro’s
Netherlands: Standard 6.95 Euro’s
Rest of Europe: Standard 8.95 Euro’s
USA: Standard 8.95 Euro’s
Rest of the world: Standard 13.95 Euro’s
