Our El Cantaro fountain pen is a unique product handmade out of specially cut Ziricote wood. The wood used for this pen originates from Mexico and comes from the areas surrounding the eroded volcano El Cantaro. We were lucky enough to get our hands on a beautiful piece of an old tree that passed away. To give the pen an extra special touch, we cut the wood in an X-way to make the colors and figures of the ziricote pop. In combination with the chrome accents and the luxury leather case, this pen extraordinary. Ziricote wood is known to be extremely hard, making it a challenge to turn, but this makes the ink pen extremely durable.
